Flores and Associates is concerned about you, the customer. We will do our best to meet your needs in product support and service. If you have questions concerning the operation of the equipment you purchased from our company, please contact Richard Flores at 512-275-0322. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. NOTE: If the product you purchased is under warranty by the manufacturer and needs servicing, contact us at 512-275-0322 and we will give you the information you will need to contact them directly.
Flores and Associates offers service and repair for many products and manufactures (including Hewlett-Packard, Xerox, Tektronix, Lexmark, Canon, and many others). Labors rates start at $65.00 an hour, some machines are higher such as the Tektronix and the HP Designjet. Parts are additional.
We also offer technicians that provide manufacture warranty repair for Hewlett-Packard, Xerox, and Tektronix.
Statement of Guarantee
Flores and Associates will make available equivalent replacement parts for products sold to the state for at least 3 years after those products are discontinued.
